Washing film after Ilford rapid fixer

How long does film need washing after Ilford rapid fixer, is it still half an hour?

Matt, why don't you use the Ilford dump method, it's quicker and uses less water. Simple prepare enough water at 20c to wash the film as follows:
fill tank with water and give 5 inversions before pouring away water, repeat but give 10, 20, 10 and 5 inversions and the film is washed.

Matt, why don't you use the Ilford dump method,
it's quicker and uses less water. Simple prepare enough
water at 20c to wash the film as follows:

Ilford's film wash routine takes about five minutes and
for 120 at 500ml a rinse uses 1.5 liters H2O. A good
thing for me as I've very hard tap water.

I'm quite sure the routine is 5, 10, 20 inversions with
3 fresh waters. I follow with 1/2 strength Photo Flo.

A very religious adherence to the 5, 10, 20 routine
is not necessary. The routine's ingredients are the 3
fresh waters and increasing time with each fresh water,
all with some agitation. Any routine which at least equals
Ilford's will be OK. A more thorough wash will result from
ambient or warmer water.
