I need the belt on the bottom and a good door latch. I fixed mine, the film take-up motor was malfunctioning and it was the damn door latch, and the physical latch is busted and I need a new one.

And in my usual fashion I lost the belt trying to fix it, and YES i had all of the gears out and I GOT THEM ALL BACK TOGETHER first try (anyone who has disassembled one of these knows what I'm talking about)

I got stuff to trade or cash. This was the camera that shot my brother's wedding so I would like to get it back on the road.

It's the EOS30 or 33 in Europe. Have you contacted Canon to purchase spare parts? I did this for the door latches of my EOS50 here in Germany.
There might be a repair manual (or parts list) online.

I'll give it a try. I found the door latch on that auction site but no drive belt.
