Want to print some posts from this forum, we know all we have to do is hit control p, and print it, but it prints the whole page, that is shown on the screen! Just want to print the thread selected.
Anyway to do this?

I was going to suggest the 'prt sc' button on the keyboard, but if you just want part of what is on the screen, the easiest way is just to highlight it, then copy and paste into a programme something like notepad. a dtp programme or word etc.

It's what I always do.

Up on the right at the top of the thread is a "Thread Tools" tab, click that and print is one of the options.

I use an app "CutePDFwriter" that looks like a printer (under Windoze) but creates a PDF file I can archive.

Edit: At least on Win7, there is a "snipping tool" that allows you to draw a rectangular frame around anything on the screen and do an image copy and paste which can then be put into a file and printed, and saved -- or not. It is actually quite handy.

Ask the owner of the photograph for permission first. It is his or her work. When people started ripping off my work, I stopped posting photographs. Think about what you are doing before stealing someone else's work.

That worded the easiest as there were three themes to the post.. we tried at first just to past the ones we wanted, but became to detailed.. with two of them with 20+ posts and the other 40+

If a pc operation is to much complicate - use a modern cellphone. With Firefox you are able to store your article as pdf file. And to print pdf files on paper is easy going.
