Unfortunately that will be a little too small.

I just picked up one (the UV) on ebay for $35, that's more like it. To use on my Zeiss 180mm Sonnar.
Zeiss filter on Zeiss lens.

The photographs on eBay and most photo stores are not detailed enough to see whether or not the lens hood will screw on. I sent a question about the threads and thread depth on a group of filters that were being offered on eBay. This is the response that I got.
If you want the 'Nature 86mm Orange Panchromatic Filter' I can give you a discount.

Not responsive. The last thing I want is to have to return the filters to China.

Yes the Hasselblad Zeiss filters are deeply threaded and I've used all kinds of 86mm hoods on the front of them.
East German CZJ hoods for the P6 lenses, rubber hoods all fit without any problems. Even the 350/500 Hassy CT* Hood. I just ordered a new 86mm rubber hood from B&H to go on the Hasselblad filter I just purchased on Ebay. $10.95

Welcome to APUG

I tried it and it only showed four choices and none of them what I want. Is there a way to do any better?

I want to be able to attach the lens hood to the filter or to be able to store the filters in a stack.

For 86 mm filters there are different threads: Hasselblad Tele-Tessar 500 and 350 use 86x1 mm, and older Symmar 300 mm also use this size. Unfortunately, newer lenses seem to use 86x0.5 mm

That must be why I see listings with coarse thread and fine thread. I asked KEH about which I needed for the Hasselblad Tele-Tessar 350 and 500 and they could not find it in their documentation. Thank you.

Which thread pitch? 86mm come in .75mm and 1.0 mm pitches.

Best you ask at the manufacturers (lens/filter).
Heliopan for instance state the pitch, which is 1mm for their 86mm filters. But likely they would machine you another pitch if needed.

The B+W filter would not allow the lens hood to screw into it so I had to return it to KEH.

Problem is that in contrast to the filters of the 70s or so now there are "slim-line" filters and all got complicated.
B+W offer a 86x1 filter plus 105x1 front thread.
