Wacky Wollensak Raptar 2 inch f2.3 Lenses?

Have a look at the photo. Have had these for years. They seem well built and throw a very sharp image. Any ideas as to what the heck are they used for or what they fit?

The wheel controls the aperture, the focus is via front ring of the lens.
