For sale I have a W-Nikkor-C 2.5cm (25mm) lens in near mint condition. The lens is rather rare when found in Nikon-S mount and VERY, VERY rare when found in LTM mount as this example is. Also, while reading the very thorough article about the lens, please notice the pictures of the lenses used taken out of collections of some of the most rare lenses ever. This particular sample is a nicer piece than any of the lenses found on the page.
The focus is silky smooth, aperture is clean and the aperture moves with nice clicks, the glass looks pristine, no issues can be found. The cosmetics are shown, very light use indicated with no scratches, no dings, and no dents. The lens is rangefinder coupled and will work with Leica screw mount, Leica M-mount with adapter, and many mirrorless systems with adapter.
The lens comes with it's original caps, the original hood, original 2.5cm nikon finder, complete in it's custom fitted leather case with all inserts, and with excellent condition original strap, AND in the original blue felt covered Nikon box. A very complete set for the discerning collector. this can also be used, of course and the resulting images have a very special rendering, thanks to the unique double gauss symmetrical design. I've used the lens with film and with adapters on the Fuji X-e1 and the pictures are very nice, with zero distortion too.
