After John's 'dammitol' thread (I'm still laughing!) I have a question - Does anybody remember Von-L developer? It really existed. My Brother used it in the late 1950's and maybe early 1960's. It was developer that 'increased film speed'. His use was for the school paper as most social events were not very well lighted (think old high school gyms). He got it from the Detroit Camera Shop, now long gone. Results with Tri-X were grainy but useable. Just wonderin'.
