voigtlander 12mm heliar dimensions

if you own a voigtlander heliar 12mm i need your help. i want to adapt this lens to a shuuter and need to know some dimensions from it. I nedd to know how far the rear element protrudes past the mount flange and how large in diameter the glass of the rear element is and the diameter of the housing for the rear element. thanks for your help and i hope someone can help with this info

Voigtländer Ultra Wide-Heliar 12 mm f/5.6

Rear element is 15 mm protrudes from the lens body

Rear element, including the metal housing holding the element, is 22 mm across

The actual element appears to be @ 15 mm across

I have a Leica mount screwed into the lenses screw mount so I hope my measurements are accurate.
