Unfortunately "near mint" in this case meant a scratch and haze inside the lens.

I'm so sorry, I didn't catch that. Very liberal definition of "near mint". I wonder if voigtlander can do repairs on them. (I have a 40 in pentax, love it to death).

No worries, I am just glad I noticed. I am in Europe and I doubt there's a Voigtlander repair service here for that lens. But, I do think the lens is too costly for that.

The 40mm is pretty much the only lens I use. I have the Zuiko 40/2 which is fine. The Pentax is very nice too, except for me on the too small side.

Now I will shoot a film and make some prints.
