Hi all,
I found a couple of vivitar TX adapters for both my spotmatic and my Nikons.

Now which lenses do these fit?
Any of the manual focus vivitars or some special series?

Any informartion is welcome, thanks!

There were for a special series of Vivitar lenses, a rival to Tamron but unlike Tamron they don't seem to have been successful with them and I don't think they were on the market that long. Certainly they disappeared 20/25 years ago at least. You might have a job finding any now.

They show up on ebay occasionally. I have 8 of them and the results with them ranges from good to excellent with only one real dog, a 70-150mm zoom. But that may have been my sample as I have a friend with the same lens and gets great results.

Vivitar made two different interchangable mounts, the T-4 and TX. You can find more info at:
