Visual Lightbox (web image gallery software)

Has anyone here used www.visuallightbox.com to create image galleries for their website? It looks like a good option for me and I will attempt to integrate it with Wordpress, however the customer support e-mail address returns 'mailbox full', so I have an open mind whether to use this software if there is no response from the authors.

I use it on my site, not wordpress, but it's easy to deploy.
