So I'm playing around with 620. Respooling 120 onto vintage 620 metal spools, and shooting some old Verichrome 620.
I developed a roll of 1973 VP620 that I bought on Ebay. The film used good old Kodak masking type tape to affix the film to the 620 backing paper at both ends. Unlike 120 that uses tape on the leading edge.
This is interesting. I may try this for respooling 120 onto 620 as it would help to keep the film taut, prevent a bulge.
I don't know if this is how everything was done for 620 or everything roll film for that matter back 50 years ago
Just thought I'd mention this before it slipped my mind
Best Regards Mike
