I long ago stopped shooting negative film. And as much as I love my Pens, viewing the strip of 76 little brightly colored jewels has always been a problem. It is ungainly to put the strip on a light table and squint thru a loupe. I had modified a Pana-Vue to slide the strip thru and that worked OK. Recently it occurred to me that the old film strip projectors that we had used in school were quite literally made for the task.

I bought one off the auction site, so naturally it was broken (Works great! Guaranteed! Tested!!). But a little ingenuity and a trip to the hardware store got it working. Although projecting slides can never compare to viewing them directly, it is a great way to easily view an entire roll.
