While I hardly know anything about large format photography or view cameras, when I took a look at a Omega View view camera lens, I found the shutter will stick open from everything at 1/30 and lower, but will click shut upon changing the speeds, and appears to work fine with the 60-400 speeds. I didn't really find any tutorials on youtube for this kind of lens, so would anyone out there know any possible fixes or places I could send it for a fix? (simply because I'm very confident there's no places in my area that I could take this to.

What you describe is typical for the slow speed escapement/shutter needing a CLA.
