I was shooting some velvia and provia on a trip and mixed up the sheets in my changing tent after taking them out of the film holders. When taking it to the lab i'm assuming if both films were shot at the same iso it won't matter for development, right ? I don't normally shoot a lot of color but there are no different development times for provia 100 vs velvia 100 in the E6 process, or are there ?

C-41 and E-6 are standardized processed. In each process, every product gets the same development, unless you tell the lab to push or pull.
