So...just to update my situation - looks like I won't be spending much time in Vancouver after all (just the evening of the 31st while I wait for my connection). A last minute family event has come up, and as there didn't seem to be any concrete information as to whether this meetup would go forward, I had to make some hard choices. So unfortunately it looks like I won't be able to meet up with any of you this time around. Sorry about that.

I'm happy to join in as well. I'm based in Richmond and rather transit dependent, but happy to meet up for food.

Its very likely I will be out next spring with the Capture Foto Festival, I hope to meet a few people at one of our shows coming out there.

Ya those fires really screwed up my plans for the summer as I was planning on shooting near Kamloops and Ashcroft... I might go to the swap meet. How about you, @MattKing

We booked the Playground for two weeks in April to be part of the Capture Festival.... Sending out BIG colour print show and a group show of Alt prints, I hope I can make it.

The smoky skies were pretty good for pinhole work :

I'll probably go to the Swap Meet. I find them entertaining.

If I come out west My Wife and I are not into swap meets - You folks are pretty liberal, us TO people are a bit more conservative.

For the most part, just continued work on my "Vancouver Project" (year 5) as well as intermittent trips to the Island to shoot landscapes/nature. The former is all E6-based (35mm and 120), the latter a mixture of black and white (120 PanF+ and TMax100) and color (E6 in 120 and 35mm). These ongoing efforts are, of course, supplemented by those random efforts that happen with the habit of always carrying a camera with me as I go about day-to-day.

I'm game for anything. I usually drive out to Saskatchewan to shoot stuff for a couple of projects but I'll probably stay local this summer... maybe.
