the white balance doesnot seen right maybe its me might need colorperfect must fiddle around more
some setting are 300dpi jpeg file 48 bit film using kodak ektar 100 color negitive

See the procedure in the link below to set the film base color for the film you are scanning. This will help set the white balance.

You still may need to tweak the white balance in your photo editor of choice.

Yes to the advice above, AND omit any selections in the COLOR tab. Select NONE, or at leat MANUAL and dial the curves at 0.001 and the White and Black points to 0. The contrast and exposure adjustments, as well as tweaking of the white balance can be accomplished better in LR or PS.
