Using the Durst M800 Danoli cold light

I was finally able to find a Durst Danoli cold cathode light for my M800. My question is should I be using a voltage stabilizer with this light source and did Durst make a stabilizer for the Danoli? Thanks, Robert

The problem with cold cathode lighting is that the intensity changes dramatically as the tube heats up. Voltage stabilization is of little help with that issue. I supect the top three solutions are 1) keep the light on continuously, 2) keep the lamp off when not exposing but keep it heated with a thermostatically controlled heater and 3) adjust printing times 'on the fly' with a sensor and computerized timer.
