i have been give some of this paper developer and was wondering if anyone has got interesting results from using it with various films..
i have actually added a splash of this stuff to a caffenol blend, but it was a tiny amount.so not sure if it did anything.
i am aware that people have used dektol with some good results.
also would paper developers heavily diluted be good for high contrast fils.
cheers:confused:

Dead Link Removed so it will work well, as intended :D

Fomatol LQN is the paper developer.

Ilford PQ Universal and May & Baker (Champion) Suprol are both excellent Universal developers, great with papers and excellent when diluted 1+19 to 1+29 for films, good tonality and fine grain.

I'd guess it needs diluting to 1+15 or even 1+23, and a development time of around 5-6 minutes at 1+15, but you'd need to experiment. If the cpntrast is too high use 1+23.
