Use of Durst Optoneg carrier & Febidap

Anyone familiar with Durst's Optoneg negative carriers? They come in negative specific sizes. As it applies to L1200 are these directly replacing standard adjustable negative carrier or is there another piece needed in order to use them?

Is there a relation between Optoneg and Febidap? I don't see them together, but Optoneg appears to allow for carrier rotation, which is also the case with Febidap.

Any actual experience on use of either would be welcomed.

Looks like someone is trying to sell Optoneg for L1200, which I see no evidence it is an actual fit. I'll be glad to be corrected on this.

I don’t have experience of the Optoneg although it appears in Durst L1200 literature. All of my enlargers come with the Femoneg and Femomask.

I do have experience with the Febidap/Milone. These can be used when printing formats up to 6x9 in conjunction with the Bimabox/Bimacon and Bimaneg parts. The only real advantage is indeed the possibility to rotate the negative orientation. And as far as I know, and my experience is that there is no relation between the two.

I have that manual, no mention of Optoneg I can see.
