I've got a Uniroller model 352 that could use a little TLC.
There is a date stamped on the bottom of 1984, rubber gets tired after 34 years.
It works well enough and I used it a few days ago for the first time to run a roll of Delta 3200 I shot at 6400.
Only problem are the "tires" on the drive rollers are getting a bit stiff and there are a couple of flat spots that let it slip once in a while. It looks like they could be replaced with an "O" ring of the proper size. Before I take it apart to start looking just wanted to check if anyone that still uses one of these things knew of a suitable replacement for the tires?

I have bought several spares at photographic swap meets so I'm good. I suspect, that if tires are the only problem with your unit, your O-ring idea will work very well.

That's why I converted the belt drive on my 82 Kawasaki KZ305 to chain drive. Even "new" drive belts have been sitting around somewhere for 35 years.

I think O-rings would work too. I'll have to check the tires on my roller units now. Let us know how it workks
