They're ordinary white plastic reels, usually slippery enough that the film can be slid onto the reel rather than being "walked" on.

The only difference I can think of is that the Unicolor reel hubs form their own center-tube, unlike Jobo and others for which there's a separate center tube, so if you're using a Unicolor Film Drum you'll most likely need to use Unicolor reels.

The only difference I can think of is that the Unicolor reel hubs form their own center-tube, unlike Jobo and others for which there's a separate center tube, so if you're using a Unicolor Film Drum you'll most likely need to use Unicolor reels.

There are two types of Unicolor plastic reels. The ones with the black center tube will form light tight in tanks like the FilmDrum series, and must be used in those tanks. However nearly identical reels without the black center tube were also made, presumably for other tanks. (Unicolor sold a separate center tube to allow these to be used in the Filmdrum.)
