Under Developed C-41

Already anticipating problems, what cures are available for under developed C-41 color film?
Can it be developed again going through the same process as originally developed (ie: all steps and chems) or does any salvation possible have to happen in printing or PS?

No, but you can scan it and salvage some image on a surprisingly thin negative.
