Richard - i left out both so we could get people's preferred weekend.
Like most, I can make both but would prefer April - less crowded!
Rob
At least two people appear to have voted for their unintended day - luckily, they appear to have cancelled each other out.
I can do either/any at this point and will probably hire a cottage for the week further north depending on the long-range wx forecast...
Surprised the hotel is empty for the Bank Holiday though. People probably better start booking as soon as the results are in to make sure we get it all (or most of it).
Tally ho. Bob.
Looks like we are heading towards April.
This meeting seems to be attracting less support than previous meets, any particular reason? It seems to me that (ignoring the vagaries of the weather) this should be one of the better venues that we have visited.
Its April for me.
I don't think I would have the patience to go out with a camera on a bank holiday. I will probably end up being arrested for 'Car park rage' or 'Que rage'!
I counted thirteen names so far Dave, and there are a few that have expressed an interest, such as Simon Galley. I am sure that some are finding it a bit early to commit as yet. Hopefully the numbers will creep up as the date approaches.

Stoo
It's April for me too and it would be very useful to have an idea of numbers fairly soon as I have arranged to see the hotel owner when I return home sometime around 12 the December to let him know approximate numbers.
The traffic will be less of a problem in April,
The poll is set to run until the 4th December, so the result will be available then.
I am wondering how many of the 6 people who preferred/chose the May date would NOT be able to make it in April.
If really 7 people (6+1) can't make it on 4-6 April (=30% of the group), then should we not re-vote on some alternative dates?
Best,
Delphine
