In case you get the impression that your posts "to the moderators" are why these duplicate threads have been merged, don't. It's because I keep using the small black exclamation-point-in-a-triangle at the lower left of every post to report each new one. The moderators can't and don't read every thread. They rely on members reporting issues using that mechanism.

I sent the same message to the moderators via the triangle. The posting was so others would realize that there is more than one thread on the subject. Besides I gave the moderators time off for lunch.
