If anyone out there is interested in Miranda 35mm gear, I've got the following that I'd like to let go in one lot.

1. Miranda Sensorex EE w/50mm f1.8 and case. Body is excellent overall with minimal wear, interior of camera is clean, and case shows more wear than camera. Lens is clean with a modest amount of internal dust. No lens caps (just the case).

2. Miranda Sensorex EE w/50mm f1.4 and case. Body is in good condition, but shows more wear than #1 above. Interior of camera is clean. Case is in excellent condition. The lens has some fungus, a good bit of haze, and a fair amount of dust (I *think* this lens can be saved, but it definitely would need to be taken apart and cleaned). Includes front lens cap.

3. Soligor 35mm f2.8 with Miranda mount in original box. Includes rear cap. Light haze and light dust.

4. Miranda 28mm f2.8. Moderate dust and haze. Includes rear cap and is in a case.

5. Miranda 180mm f3.5. Light haze and dust. Includes front and rear caps with a nice case.

6. Miranda 135mm f3.5. Some dust. Includes front and rear caps with a nice case.

7. Miranda 105mm f2.8. Some dust and light haze. Includes front and rear caps with a nice case.

If someone wants to take up 35mm analog photography, this is a pretty nice and nearly complete (flash would be a nice addition, but I haven't got one) set up. I've always liked the Miranda stuff. Very solid feel and a really well designed (IMHO) bayonet mount. Unfortunately, these cameras don't sell for much. But, I think it is real bargain at $50 plus shipping plus PP fees.

PM if interested and thanks for the read.

A member asked if the light meters on the cameras worked or not. I have tested them both with 1.5v (44) bateries and they both work (needle moves). I mention the battery voltage because these cameras want 1.35v and the only batteries available AFAIK in that form factor and voltage are Wein cells (and I don't have one).

These cameras are still available

Actually, just get zinc-air 675 size hearing aid batteries. You'll find them in any drugstore. Yes, they don't last, but they're very cheap, and most important are the correct size and voltage.

Very tempting setup here....

Ah, cool. I did not know about those even though I've seen them at the drug store. Thank you for the tip!
