Troubles w Photonet???

I know. It isn't polite to use another net to request info about other sites.
However I am driven to distraction trying to get a reply to a thread in the above group.
Is it something about being from Australia, or are others also peed off with the terrible system they have installed? The old one was better?
Cringe back into my hole.

As a policy we don't discuss other sites on APUG, except to confirm outages etc. A quick check reveals posting on the site is working for me here. This appears to be a technical issue best taken up with Photonet.
