Hi everyone,
I am relatively new to photography. Up until now, I have been creating drawings and sculptures. I would now like to photograph these—placed on a table (normal height)—using analog film (Nikon FM2), and I am looking for a suitable standard tripod for this purpose.
· Not overly expensive; available in good condition (preferably older models, say before 2005)
· As simply constructed as possible; not too heavy; preferably monochromatic (ideally black or silver—no orange buttons or similar accents)
· Legs with locking stages
· 2-way pan-and-tilt head (with handle)
· Adjustable to a minimum height of 180 cm
I would also like to take flat-lay shots (of documents laying flat on table):
Apparently, for this I need the ability to use a
· horizontal center column
Is there on tripod which combines the mentioned criteria or should I consider purchasing an additional one for this purpose?
Which models would you recommend for this, keeping the aforementioned basic criteria in mind?
Many thanks, it's not easy to find I guess, your help is very much appreciated.
Best regards, Philip
