Tripod for Manfrotto 410

Hi, I decided to go with a Manfrotto 410 Geared head and I'm looking for a tripod now. I have a Shen Hao 4x5 and schneider 210mm which weights 6.49 pounds in total. I'm 5' 11 and a trekker. Prefer a light weight tripod and prbably gonna get a used one to save some money. I'm thinking around $300 but cheaper the better...Please recommend me one Thanks,

Excellent tripod head. I use one on a Gitzo G1228 Mk II carbon fibre tripod. Takes all cameras up to a Linhof Technikardan S23 with up to 400mm Tele lens at full extension. For extra stability hang your rucksack from the hook on the bottom of the centre column - all very solid that way.
