Dear All,

Why don't we plump for Friday 2nd June : I know we will not have
Les, perhaps another time :

Leon: I guess you have kindly offered to look after the names : 30 is ideal, but I will
have to max at 35 : Minimum will be 20 ish. I know we joked about taking pictures but we do have restrictions, but I will keep you on the straight and narrow.

If you plan to be here by 10.30am we should finish by 5.30pm

Regards

Simon.

Simon,

I wish I could join you, but Hawaii is just a bit too far. But, I wanted to say how much I appreciate what you are doing for those that are able to go. Even though I shoot mostly color, I'm sure I could start working a bit of Ilford B&W into my kit.

Thanks,

The last thing you need is competition from APUG 125 and 400. :D Of course, I am not sure how much they will get once everyone gets their various ULF cameras set up.

Yes, it's those damn furtive 8x10 shooters you have to watch for! :D No, worries Simon - We will, of course, abide by any guidelines/restrictions you require.

Leon - Pop my name on the list please, mate!

We are about 1/2 way there to 30. Can everyone make this date?

Simon, if the number stays this low, would you still be happy to run the visit? There is still plenty of time for people to find this thread and sign up so I guess we'll have to see how it goes.

Showing interest: sure thing! The date is no problem either, but still... I'm not sure whether I'll make the trip. Well, I don't need to decide here and now, I suppose... Leave my name on there for now.

LEON : I only have 5 minutes sorry, I have a few things to reply to on APUG : The answer is yes I will still do the tour, as you say we have plenty of time for others to join, but since some people have to start firming things up I am happy to commit :

Its on regardless...But please do your best to get up to the 30 ish

Simon.

Wow, what a great idea. It's kind of far for a special trip from Denver, though -- and it looks like I'll miss your date by about six weeks, since I'm planning a trip to the UK for the 2nd half of April. Maybe I can convince my wife to change our plans (not having bought the plane tickets yet, maybe I can manage it . . . ).

Worth changing the date for the weather alone. In April we still get all four seasons' weather - usually in the same afternoon - as Frank Sinatra used to say about the British climate.

I've already tried that argument, to no avail . . .

I'm starting a new job in January, so can't commit until I've started with my new employer. Given that they'll allow me the time off, I'm very keen to attend on 2nd June!

Quick note - AndyBax (the silent subscriber!) may also be interested in this, but won't be able to confirm until closer to the time.
