Does anyone know why Tri-X 400 is sold by individual rolls not pro packs? I like it the way because I like getting the box and everything since some stores won't break down propacks this is nice.
Most stores such as B&H do not give even a penny discount for a pro pack of five nor a "brick" of 10. I'm curious, what is it about the pro pack that you like. Just the 5 pack box?

TX400 wasn't a "PRO" film it was packaged as consumer film by Kodak.
TXP320 was the "PRO" variety, thicker retouchable base and "PRO"-packs

Are the two films the same emulsion just on different bases and that being the reason for different speeds?
