I was told by a rep at Armadillo that the FilmPac was discontinued, however, he could put together the kit from individual items. Anyone heard this?

I was told the same thing, the good thing is that they are happy to build
a kit or sell the parts. :D

The other issue you may have to contend with is shipping charges. I got tired of harassing Armadillo about filling orders, so I switched vendors, but most vendors, if not all, will need to charge freight shipping on the developer and bleach (due to haz-mat). I did not think about this and ended up paying 170 dollars for shipping from Pakor. Good luck.

^ I knew without asking she listened to the blues

Can you guys list what you are paying and from where?

Is there an E6 Trebla kit or components. Sorry but my head spins every time I start researching this.

For $170 you could get 5 Photo-Formulary C-41 Kits- 1 liter each. How much volume did you guys get with the Trebla components?

I think what you are referring to is Photo-formulary's C-41 developer ONLY. This is not a kit, just the developer. You would still need Pre-Bleach, Bleach, Fix and Stabilizer.

Trebla doesn't make an E-6 kit, but you can buy the components separately, it's about $500 for enough to make 60L, but it's packaged mostly in 10L units.

No that's totally wrong- it's a kit. I have used it before- it mixes to 1L of all required chemicals. The formulary does list it as "C-41 developer" though implying it's only developer but it's not- it is the full deal.

Liberty photo has what appears to be the constituent components of a 7-step e-6 process in the manner of Kodak's 5L kit. The link is HERE.

I have also used the Formulary C41 kit. It is an entire Kodak C41 kit to make 1 Liter of working solution. Everything is packed under an inert atmosphere for proper keeping.

I hope PF sells enough of those kits to keep them as a viable option.

PE was right when he said we wanted it but then *itched on the pricing.

I may have to go in this direction when my bleach stash exhausts.

I said what? The pricing is the price you pay for a kit in a convenient form, packed in a safe and stable manner.
