Tray size for AZO printing?

As soon as I receive my newly purchased vacuum frame I would like to finally begin printing my 11x14 negs per the Michael and Paula method, Amidol......

Being this is my first home darkroom set up can anyone recommend an minimum tray size? My negs are 11x14 but I plan on exceeding that give or take a couple of inches.

16x20 (normally these trays are actually 18x22).
