can anyone direct me as to how to remove flash head cover?

there's a little metal lever sticking out---push that back in the slot and twist the cover off. the reflectors install and come off the same way--it's a locking bayonet mount where the lever is spring loaded and locks it in--you must move the lever against the spring to turn it and get it out. the lever is on the side with the dials if you have the kind I have.
