You should be ok putting your film trough the carry-on scanners in Scandinavia (and most likely in any western-European country, I am not sure what equipment they may have in the east these days, most likely the same, to agree with various EU-regulations).
I don't bother to get stuff hand-checked by people who most likely cannot fathom, or care, about film.
I've traveled with Neopan 1600 and Delta 3200 many times with no ill effects.
Prepare to get your cameras and laptops out of your bags and put them in separate bins (and do not pass the security gate before your stuff start to go trough), keep your eye on your luggage at all times, even if your get a random pat-down/check before you can proceed.
Theft at the security checkpoints (after the scanning, where people gather their things) is your biggest threat, so I normally stuff all my things in the pockets of my jacket, nothing valuable is ever visible on the tray.
Why one need to separately scan old cameras and lenses with no electronics or batteries is beyond me, but they insist every single time I travel.
It's annoying, but keep your film in your carry-on and keep calm, and it will normally go very smoothly.
