I don't do Mamiya, but out of curiosity, what is this thing? Maybe it mounts a Mamiya digital back on a Toyo 4x5 allowing you to focus on ground glass, then slides so you can stitch images?

Looks more like it mounts an RB67 or Press 23 roll film back. Might accept other 2x3 Graflok compatible accessories as well (or might not).
