Purchased one of these for using with Minolta cameras. It seems to be working perfectly well but there are a couple of unusual characteristics I have found and just wondering if they are normal. The lens is all metal construction which is a good thing in my book but when the lens reaches focus it sometimes makes a clicking sound, same when you manually focus and reach the limits of near focus or infinity. I think its normal simply because of the fact it is all metal construction ?

The other thing is if you turn the focus ring manually you can hear the focus gear turning same as other AF lenses but it seems much louder in this lens, again possibly because it is all metal. Does anyone have the same lens that can confirm if this is normal ?

Lens in question is....

Thanks
