OK, please forgive my senior moment, and let's try that again.
(1) In 1988, my #1 camera was an AE-1; the early-production FTb that was my first SLR was at that time a seldom-used backup. Lenses included the non-SSC 50 mm f/1.4 that came with the FTb, a 35 mm f/2 my sister and her ex presented one Christmas (again, non-SSC), a Vivitar 70-150 mm f/3.8 two-touch zoom that was one of the first lenses to pass
Modern Photography's lens test that was available in FD mount, and possibly a Sigma Mini-Wide 28 mm f/2.8 that focused to 1/4 life size (I'm not sure when I bought it; it may have been added later). The AE-1, 50 and 35 primes and 70-150 zoom, along with a flash unit were stolen in 1995 during our return from a vacation in Cancun, Mexico
, an event that led to my changing over to an EOS outfit.
(2) Most-used film was Fujichrome 100, but it was a "photo finish", if you'll pardon the pun, with Fujicolor 100. Fuji was just getting into the U.S. market when I got the FTb, and I was seriously impressed with the slides and prints they delivered.
(3) and (4) Like others posting to this thread, I relied on commercial processing, especially since I was shooting color films.
Thanks and regards,
Vince
