three promaster flashes model 5700 with synch cords, wide angle diffusers, instruction manuals gel filters---all of them plus spare synch cord and wide diffuser...all of them for 20 bucks plus shipping---they work but I've "upgraded" to the double power vivitars--these are like half the power of a 283/285...
