Not sure, but I think Six-16 is 70mm wide. 120/620 is 60mm wide.

Given that sometimes knowing what won't work can be useful - a 6x6 Zeiss Nettar (517/16) is 1.75"

My Belfoca is less than 1.5 inches, just. US$25 and shoots great pictures in either 6x9 or 6x6 frames with 120 film. And it fits in a shirt pocket.
