When you get the collective going, or perhaps to help get it going, you might consider contacting the Photographic Historical Society of Canada. They're no a film collective, but do great work in educating folks about historic processes and the art and history of photography...and let's face it, the history of photography is film (oh yah, and plates...). They're the "sister organization to the one I am a member of, PHSNE.

As this has popped up again, I'm wondering if anything came of this? In Vancouver here (Burnaby) and definitely interested.
