First try with stand development: negatives look very thin. Does this mean OVER-development?

Exposed Acros at 100, Rodinal 1:100, slow agitation by rolling tank few times/minute for 5 minutes, then stand x 1 hour. 68 degrees. Distilled water.

Have not tried to print yet but gross results by the way negatives turned out quite distressing.

On one roll, the negatives on the inner part near the center of the reel looks thinner than the outer part which look a little thicker. The second roll looks equally thin througout.

Thin is underdevelopment. With stand you have to make sure you have enough volume, most people don't go lower than 5ml of stock per roll, I think Agfa said 10ml. The uneven density sounds like an agitation issue. There are a lot of ways to do this but I would recommend a vigorous agitation for the first 30 seconds.

Thin is underdevelopment, no doubt.

Agree with Erik, possibly you have a volume problem.

For stand development I use a 1,000 ml steel tank with 5ml of Rodinal (that's 1:200). Also I put two empty 120 reels in the tank, one above and one below the 35mm reel. Of course, that means only one 35mm roll per tank.
The same rule applies when developing 120 rolls as they have the same surface (more or less) than a 35mm/36exp roll.

About agitation, I follow the same rule as Erik. My time is 120 min for most films (TX400, HP5+, Agfapan 400, Neopan 1600). Never had a problem this far.

Thanks. I did use 10ml of Rodinal diluted to 1 liter so I guess I have to try again and maybe develop longer.
