I can confirm everything you say about the difficulties of taking photos with Minox.
However, I like doing it so much because it is difficult...
At 69, I'm past the point of enjoying something because it's difficult. Knowing how good I was with the Minox in the past - and having hundreds of great images to show for it - is sufficient. These days, I'm loving shooting b/w with my manual Nikon and Olympus SLRs.
Interesting thread. It’s unusual for such a well used Minox to still have such a clear frame line, in the viewfinder.
