I just developed 2 rolls and there is a bit of a purple on the negs. Can they be rinsed again after they are dry?

Thanks for that. Rinse was successful.

One other thing. At the end of the roll 2 small spots of purple on the edge of the film where the Fuji Acros label is. Won't rinse off. Can they be fixed again with fixer? Not a bother just curious.

Try a soda bath to wash the film. Did this with Acros and it solved this problem.
