Yes! I think I reported that sometime back, but I'm thinking Sean was anticipating a general overhaul of the groups stuff. I just got hit by it the other day when I read what I posted and noticed groups posts don't pick up my signature. Errrp -- too late!

The groups application started out good and showed promise but the original developer has been slack. There is a small update available and I will install that today and see if it helps. I intend to have a freelance coder do a number of improvements in the near future.

Hi Sean,

Can you put a confirming modal behind the link "Mark All Read"

I never really want to do that but sometimes, the mouse just clicks there.

Should be easy, I'll add this to the new build as a user preference " [ ] enable confirmation popup for mark all read?"

You know that if you hit the browser back arrow, you get back all of the "new" posts and can view them. The old version of APUG didn't quite work that way.

Is the 404 on default page for apug.org intentional?

Visit (there was a url link here which no longer exists) get redirected to (there was a url link here which no longer exists)

(there was a url link here which no longer exists) works though.

It's almost Christmas: Jesus is coming. And the devil knows what that means for him so he's making himself scarce ....

Hi Bill, my htaccess has it set as:

Code:
Redirect permanent /index.html http://www.apug.org/forum/home

it's possible the host has something in the apache config, but i tried firefox50 and couldn't reproduce the issue.
