GreatMails are automatically forwarded to my gmail account and there it is now classified as spam, but that's not a real problem.
The good news: yes, it works now (at least the verification mail from the forum system...)!
Thanks
It is only the "verification email" that is classified as spam (that means each verification email regardless of marking them at "no spam" in the gmail account). The "normal" mails for watched threads etc. are not classified as spam.GreatIf I recall, you can open the spam gmail and I think there will be a button in it that says "Not Spam", click that and from then on it will go direct to your inbox.
Thanks for the bug report, the link has been fixed.I don't know if this has been mentioned yet, but the Analog Cinema Users Group (ACUG) forum link still doesn't work. It's in there somewhere, because I ran across it by accident recently but haven't been able to find it again. Thanks!
Do you have any tools blocking popups? Try turning pop up blocking off for apug.org domain if soLittle tidbit just popped up in the Pennsy Photo Pholks group (and I would guess has broader implications). I tried (twice) to edit a post to improve the punctuation and when I clicked 'edit', I got:
------------------------------------
APUG.ORG - Error
The controller Snog_SocialGroups_ControllerPublic_Groupdiscussion does not define an action called Editmessage.
... (there was a url link here which no longer exists)
------------------------------------
(So I guess the post will remain short one comma.)
That's bizarre, what OS and browser are you on? ThanksWhenever I "watch" a thread, the "watch thread" link doesn't change to "unwatch thread". This isn't really a big deal but it is a bit confusing.

Hi Loren,Can someone help with uploading a scan of a photo? I went to Media and tried to select the file of my photo scan and the following message appears: “The uploaded file does not have an allowed extension.” I have tried it as a TIFF file and a PDF. Photo is an 8 x 10 scanned at 75dpi, 82 kb in size.
Below is the scan as a PDF. It will upload in this forum, but not in Media.
What am I doing wrong?

Strange, I'm unable to reproduce it on 2 systems and 5 browsers. No other reports of this so far. Can you try a different browser and tell me if you get it there too?I just clicked "my posts" and got this:

Changes immediately for me on 4 different browsers OSX/win. Might be an Opera thing, I haven't tested much on Opera..It doesn't change (immediately) for me either - on Opera 12.16/Linux - but I notice that the page is not reloading after clicking the options for what you want to ignore in the popup box.
If I refresh the page after ignoring, it then changes to show "unignore thread".
It may be a client-side cacheing issue rather than a server-side issue?
Adding the link via the media button embeds, but as far as i can see a straight link will remain:In (there was a url link here which no longer exists) a link to a media file on youtube was posted. It is automatically translated to [M E D I A=youtube] ....... [/M E D I A]. Someone asked for the original link, but it seems I can't post it anymore? Whatever I tried (post #8 and #9), it was always converted into [M E D I A =youtube] ......
I know posted this:
The original link is: https: //youtu.be/SeAOaJU101g (copy & past, then remove the space between "https" and "//youtu.be ....."
But that isn't a fine solution. Is there an other way to avoid conversion of these kind of links into MEDIA ...... so one can post the original link as well?

Perhaps, but my point was that I'm seeing the same as onf and he's on a completely different os and browserChanges immediately for me on 4 different browsers OSX/win. Might be an Opera thing, I haven't tested much on Opera..
It looks like it does auto embed. Making the text italic disables that. But in the end the video can be watched on youtube or viewed from youtube by clicking the youtube icon in the video:Copied & pasted the original link again and used the "Unlink button" in the "Write your reply" field below
EDIT: also translated automatically again into [MEDIA...
We have another point release going in this weekend so will see if that resolves it.Perhaps, but my point was that I'm seeing the same as onf and he's on a completely different os and browser
