The last roll(s) of Kodachrome?

On the day Kodak announced its demise I ordered two rolls from Adorama and they arrived a few days later. My intent was to shoot a roll this Summer and save the other roll for a 2010 "farewell to Kodachrome" series. The first part is done, but I'm thinking about getting a couple more rolls - no worry if i can't - but every place I look online has it out of stock, backordered, or just plain discontinued.

Is there a place online still selling it? If I try and order from one of the places where it's "backordered" will I ever get it? Should I waste my time?

I still have to decide what camera to shoot my final roll with... leaning towards the Voigtlander Bessa R or my Spotmatic II or a Fuji STX-1... tough choices!

Why don't you contact Dwayne's and see what they would charge you to provide a certificate stating that this was the last roll of Kodachrome ever processed.

Sound's like a good idea to me. As a matter of fact, I have a roll of Kodachrome 25 in the fridge. Maybe I should give them a try relative to the last roll of KM-25.

I'll bet someone has already thought of this!

I just hope they don't shut down processing early. I intend a couple photos to be of my kids on Christmas day 2010, so the roll won't be in the mail until December 26th!
