If I must choose one camera it would be a Rolleiflex 3.5F or E3 with the Planar. My best images were made with one. I don’t really need AE just a good lens.
 
Just got my film back from the red C35 EF3. Because there is no AF to slow things down, you pretty much can shoot instantly w/o no lag.
Let me get this snap of the dogs checking out the puppy!

Nice! Was that also branded as a Rollei as well as others? The Rollei version is pricey now!

I think its a Ricoh branded for Sears. Not sure of the model but I will look it up. Ricoh 500 G Really dreamy color shots Superia Fuji.

Wards sold rebranded Konica cameras, I have the Wards version of the S. The Vivitar ES is a Konica S3 with a somewhat different lens. Kmart sold rebranded Petri, then K mount Cosina. Sears sold rebranded Rioch, M42 later K mount.
 
My favorite camera to hold and use would have to be my Leica IIIf but I am using my Nikon N75 more.
