when i did lab work for a lady that did an awful lot of pr photographs they only wanted glossy prints because the reproduced better in the papers/magazines. this was in the 1980s. in the 90s when i did newspaper work the same thing, "glossy prints" for the same reason ... perhaps the ferrotyping was fashionable was because it was one of the few ways to get glossy prints for newspaper/magazine reproduction?

david

sounds like a fun project
good luck!

Any idea where to get it in the UK? I have tried a web search and all the usual suspects, like Silverprint and Retro and can't find any. Does it go by any other name?

David.

Retrophotographic have it but here in the UK it is called Classic Pan. Try it with the Adox APH09 dev.
