I searched the net for the TFX-2 formula and could not find it. Can anybody help me?

Do you mean TF-2 the fixer, if so a Google search for TF-2 fixer will find it.

TFX-2 is an updated modification of the popular FX-2 developer originally formulated by Geoffrey Crawley.

I don't think it is published. But it will be very hard to distinguish from Crawley's FX-2, with or without Pinacyptol Yellow.
